The Secretariat of the Shrine serves as a link between pilgrims, group organizers, benefactors, and the various departments at the Shrine. It maintains regular correspondence with many pilgrims and friends of Saint Anne. Contact the Secretariat to register groups, communicate any special needs, or make a donation. It is also home to the Centre of the Archconfraternity of Saint Anne, the Union of the Sick, etc.

It is important for all group organizers to contact the Secretariat in advance to register their group for a planned visit to the Shrine.
